Welcome
Hello and welcome!
My name is Andreas Stein, and I'm an app developer focused on personal growth.
This summer, I'll be hosting the first Apple In-App Event in Ninety Days: a 30-day meditation challenge with the goal of meditating for 10 minutes every day.
During the event, feel free to share your experiences and insights using #NinetyDaysEvent—whether on X, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
I look forward to your participation.
Andreas
What is Summer Retreat 2026?
Summer Retreat 2026 is an Apple In-App Event for Ninety Days.
The event is launched outside the app and automatically creates a special event challenge inside the Challenges section of Ninety Days, including a dedicated meditation habit.
Your goal is simple: meditate for at least 10 minutes every day. You can meditate on your own or together with a group. Of course, you're welcome to meditate longer if you like—the only requirement is a minimum of 10 minutes per day.
After each meditation, simply confirm your progress by marking the dedicated event habit in Ninety Days using the event stamp.
If you complete the challenge by meditating every day and confirming your progress with the event stamp, you'll unlock a limited Summer Retreat 2026 event badge as a reward for your participation.
If you happen to miss a day, don't worry. You can still continue the challenge, keep logging your progress, and meditate until the event ends.

When does a day end in Ninety Days?
This is a question I've thought about for a long time.
I had to decide which logs should count towards which day. In the end, I chose an approach that feels the most natural to me: a day ends when you go to bed, not at midnight.
For example, if I don't go to bed until 1:30 a.m., I still consider it part of the previous day and log my habit there.
From my perspective, this makes Ninety Days much more user-friendly. I want the app to fit naturally into people's daily lives instead of forcing them to adapt to an arbitrary clock.
For me, people always come first when designing the user experience.
I hope you'll enjoy taking part in Summer Retreat 2026 as much as I will.
See you on July 24.
